The E2E Data Solution Architect is responsible for designing robust, scalable & cost effective E2E architectures supporting a range of Data Products.

As Data Solution Architect, you’ll be joining our Data Insights & Analytics department.

The Data Insights & Analytics team is responsible for the design, development and operation of the regional Azure Data Platform and is supporting the local business/brands and IT teams in generating value from their data assets.

Key responsibilities of your role.

• As E2E Data Solution Architect, you analyze the full data value chain (from ingestion to consumption) and you define the most appropriate architecture and underlying technology components to meet both functional and
  - functional requirements.
• You’re also in charge of defining guidelines and best practices and you monitor their roll out and adoption across the organization (product and platform delivery teams).
• As part of the inlife management of existing data products, you are responsible for ensuring the consistency of the design & architecture across the different delivery teams. You are producing
  - usable architecture patterns which are meant to reduce the time to market/time to insight for launching new data products.
• You also act as application owner and build your technology roadmap accordingly, in alignment with the product delivery teams.

Requirements.

We think you'll be best geared for success if you can meet the following requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Sciences or any other discipline of technical orientation
• Mandatory prior work experience of minimum 5
• IT architecture and solution design in a
  - oriented ecosystem
• Exposure to Cloud native data platforms and modern architectures (event-driven,
  - time)
• Thorough understanding of data lifecycle value chain and underlying components (ETL/ELT, DWH/Data Lake)
• Familiar with SDLC tools & framework (CI/CD, Automation, monitoring)
• Azure data ecosystem (ingestion, storage, analytics & data visualization): Azure Ingestion framework, Data Bricks, Azure Synapse, Delta Lake, MS Power
  BI
• Data modelling skills (from logical to physical model, different modelling techniques: star schema, data vault) and exposure to MPP frameworks
• Functional and Technical architecture principles
• Previous experience working in a scaled agile environment
