1. Proactively identify operational risk or issues and work closely with internal and external partners and stakeholders for solutions;2. Provide first line risk support to the business;3. Responsible to plan, coordinate and implement the information risk and data privacy plan with the respective business units;4. Supports the responsible teams with planning, coordination and implementation of the data privacy plan in the respective business units; aware and knowledgeable of the major activities, initiatives and incidents related to the business and able to assess potential risk6. Ongoing review of RCM adequacy, applicability, approval and update; assessment and mitigation (compliance / process deviations from standard) at process level for existing and new processes;8. Examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity in all aspects concerning IT Governance, IT Risk Identification & Assessment, IT Controls Implementation, Risk Measurement, Monitoring & Reporting;9. Support development of compliance policies and processes for GBS;10. Communicate and ensure adherence to department policies, procedure and best practices;11. Develop and maintain understanding of the regulatory and audit environment pertaining to the business and support audit / regulatory events, as appropriate;12. Monitoring of implementation and operation of compliance processes on local level and ensuring corrective action where necessary;13. Initiation of compliance audits and process reviews on local level and evaluation of-
- compliance audit results 14. Develop and strengthen relationship with business partners and control functions; and implement training/up-skilling courses of enhancement of job knowledge and development course for Risk Team Leader and teams; remediation of control findings, track process against action plans and liaises with remediation plan owners to ensure implementation and improvement targets are achieved;17. Escalate control findings at risk of not meeting target dates to management, as necessary; and analyze risk related data to gain insights into exposures and to enable tactical and strategic management decisions; accepted risks, track follow up actions and ensure risk exposures are handled in a timely manner;20. Identify metrics and dashboards needed for monitoring, and develop processes for metric collection, monitoring and trend analysis related to risk management;21. Prepare materials for internal and external committees and meetings related to risk management; as gatekeeper and coordinate annual review of policies and procedures; with the business leaders to develop and maintain information risk and data policies and procedures;24. Coordinates the design, implementation, maintenance, training, testing and execution of the degree in the field of economics or accounting;2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (audit, risk management, compliance) preferably in large/global organizations;3. Economic background (knowledge of accounting principles and practices, the financial markets and the analysis and reporting of financial data);4. Project Management skills – considered a plus; good knowledge of MS office (Excel, Power BI, Teams, Share
