A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Demand & Solution Manager, you will work closely with colleagues across various HR functions, IT, Legal, and Finance to drive, develop, and implement strategies that identify and evaluate the
- fit solutions for our HR needs. Your efforts will focus on supporting our HR IT Roadmap to ensure a lean IT landscape, enhance the employee user experience, and establish a
- fit foundation.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and handling demands to ensure our organization can effectively respond to evolving requirements. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with collaborators and provide authority guidance on demand management and solution development will be crucial to our success.
