Demand & Supply Planner (maternity cover - 2 years)
The key responsibilities of Demand & Supply Planner include:
Supply Planning:
üEnsure optimal product availability on shelves in all stores through adjusting the replenishment plan;
üAdjust the purchasing plan through optimum use of parameters;
üOptimize the stock level in stores with stock balancing;
üProvide input on existing items, new products, and product

üCoordinate returns & red alerts;
üCommunicate with Supply Chain Coordinators and Demand & Supply Planning Manager to align the central purchases with the overall monthly target stock.
Demand Planning:
üForecast adjustment and support for the S&OP process;
üEnsures the forecast is consistent with historical sales of products, trend and planned events and informs central demand planning team when there are big deviations;
üFollow-up and prepare the centralized files for the animation orders;
üSupport store opening / closing plans;
üBuild strong relationship with internal Category Managers and Central Planning for all

Reporting and Analysis:
üPrepare action plans with Category-Management and Finance Teams for slow movers and obsoletes;
üTrack the supplier Fill rate to alert Offer and challenge the brands with low delivery rate;
üFollow-up Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators and support necessary action plans;
üPrice updates analysis and implementation;
üSales and stock weekly extractions;
üStore support for reception correction and stock needs.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
üAdvanced skills in working with the Microsoft Office – especially Excel;
üFluency in English;
üAnalytical skills;
üAbility to work accurately and provide correct information;
