Job Description

Our client is a company in the FMCG industry that has built a global reputation over several decades, offering a wide range of products under different brands, developed in advanced laboratories. Regularly, this company launches and improves a significant number of products, having considerable production capacity.

Demand Planner

Responsibilities:

Coordinating the
- and
- term sales planning process across all distribution channels, ensuring accurate estimates aligned with marketing activities, new product launches, and sales objectives;

Providing the production sector with
- and
- term requirements, based on sales forecasts and available production capacities;

Establishing safety stock levels for all products in the Farmec catalog, continuously monitoring raw materials and finished goods inventories;

Ensuring close collaboration between sales, production, supply, and logistics teams to align objectives and strategies;

Analyzing costs and operational efficiency, developing strategies to reduce costs and improve performance.

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in companies with a turnover of €50 million and at least 300 employees, in a Sales Analysis and Financial Reporting role;

Bachelor's degree in management or related fields;

Solid knowledge in the production, economic sectors, and the dynamics of the FMCG market;

Experience with ERP systems and advanced forecasting and planning tools;

Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to improve the supply chain's performance;

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with
- departmental teams.
