Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (Bar admission is a plus).

Experience in Facility Management, Real Estate, or Compliance (KYC/AML) are beneficial.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in legal roles, with a focus on contract law, litigation, insolvency, and corporate governance.

Strong knowledge of contract management, particularly in crediting, financial transactions, and risk mitigation.
