Assisting in the management of regulatory and other compliances for a Romania & Bulgaria based Information Technology and outsourcing company
Coordinating with regulators / government bodies in Romania & Bulgaria with respect to Investment & and Government Grant agreements & documents. To ensure company is eligible for and is availing all incentives and concessions available to the it as part of government schemes. To ensure timely and accurate filing of forms and returns To ensure no administrative penalty or levy is imposed upon the company for
- compliance. Drafting letters and responses to regulators and government bodies. Ensuring appropriate Internal compliance controls for relevant EU Directives already transposed or that will be transposed in future in Romania & Bulgaria. Handling all legal functions for Romania & Bulgaria including but not limited to contracts, litigations, advisory and consultancy across company work areas like labour/employment, services, vendor/ customer & general corporate. 6. Assist in commercial and logistical compliance with respect to import of equipment to Romania & Bulgaria and export of services from Romania & Bulgaria.
