A Development Consultant understands the technical landscape of IT projects, comprehends the business context and goals, and uses their experience to develop optimal solutions, including technology and design choices. They support the project manager in planning software delivery, articulate the vision to both technical and
- technical stakeholders, and work directly with customers to define solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement
  - performance React Native applications.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code that aligns with best practices in React Native development.
• Work with backend APIs, authentication systems, and media streaming services to integrate robust and scalable solutions.
• Optimize app performance for smooth streaming, low latency, and efficient memory usage.
• Analyze application health, performance metrics, and troubleshoot critical issues.
• Collaborate closely with product, UX/UI, and backend teams to ensure seamless
  - platform functionality.
• Work in an agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment, ensuring timely and
  - quality deliverables.

• 5+ years of experience in React Native/React development.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and best practices in mobile application development.
• Experience developing and deploying applications in a
  - native environment.
• Strong background in state management (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, or similar).
• Expertise in unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Detox, etc. ).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and release management for mobile apps.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and
  - technical stakeholder

Nice to have: 

• Experience with OTT streaming applications, IPTV, or media services.
• Familiarity with video streaming concepts and technologies, adaptive bitrate streaming (HLS, DASH), and DRM solutions.
• Experience with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures and Graph
  QL.
• Knowledge of
  - side technologies such as Node. js or Python.
• Exposure to Postgre
  SQL, No
  SQL, or graph databases.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
