Ops Engineer, The primary role of the Dev
Ops Engineer is to build and deploy complex cloud environments for customers using innovative automation tools and
- edge technologies.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a
  - made architecture
• Deployment of advanced services on the cloud
• Implement automation solutions
• Maintain a feedback loop with the company’s customers to ensure deliveries are in accordance with the customer’s needs and expectations
• Debug, troubleshoot and fix technical issues
• Setup
  - scale monitoring and logging solutions
• Technical single point of contact for a portfolio of Managed Services clients
• Manage the
  -
  - day cloud operations and support with steering to realize customer objectives
• Conduct regular client review meetings together with relationship managers and other stakeholders
• Proactively monitor key customer KPIs, the health of their environment, and ongoing customer needs
• Advise our Monitoring team on how to tune the monitoring system to monitor our customers’ environments better
• Provide feedback and recommendations on all things security in the cloud
• Facilitate between the different All
  Cloud departments/service teams and the customer
• Support Fin
  Ops in getting the most suitable and valuable
  - saving recommendations for the customer's environment and needs

• Very good understanding of networking, Linux and Windows administration
• Experience with at least one of the following: Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, VMware
• Creative troubleshooting skills and
  -
  -
  - box thinking
• Scripting abilities in at least one of the following: Bash, Python, Ruby, Perl, Power
  Shell
• Ability to learn various technologies and topics
• Experience with Git
• Experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, Team
  City, Travis
  CI, Codeship)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud
  Formation)
• Fluent in German and English
