What your day will look like

Design, develop and practice Dev
Ops to deliver and maintain Saa
S services at global scale within the customer facing SLAs and budgets

Reduce MTTR and MTTD’s with Observability platform using monitoring, capacity, and trend analysis toolsets

Hands on incident and problem management resolution, reported by internal development teams, technical account managers and customers

Author and maintain build and release pipelines (CI/CD) using technologies like Azure Dev
Ops and Jenkins

Author and maintain Ia
C automation scripts using Terraform and other equivalent technologies

Be the internal champion in the domain of cloud engineering and provide consultation about right cloud products, industry trends, sizing & budgeting, appropriate use cases etc. , to development and other engineering teams

Understand complex technical requirements, turn those requirements into a design, and a fully costed implementation plan

You will be required to create and maintain detailed technical documentation

Technical Project Delivery including risk management and reporting

Participate in out of hours support team

What you need to fulfill the role

With 5 years' higher education, you have at least 5 years' experience in Dev
Ops.

Mastery on Cloud platform (AWS or Azure) in terms of compute, storage, network, & basic security is a must. Exposure to data analytics infrastructure like fabric/synapse/databricks would be a plus.

Hands on experience with kubernetes (EKS/AKS), terraform and scripting languages such as Shell script, powershell etc.

Proven experience in creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev
Ops / Jenkins / Github etc. )

Good understanding about development (. NET/Java/Python/Ph
P ) lifecycle.

Experience in working in a
- service based Saa
S environment is a plus.

You are organized, reactive, rigorous, autonomous, have a good sense of priorities and can teamwork.
