What You Will Do: Technical Support Responsibilities: Provide technical support for specified products (Protection relays, Arc flash relays, Substation automation solutions, Remote Terminal Units, Feeder Automation, Scada Systems, Microgrid) to sales team, partners, and end customers Deliver training courses for employees, partners, and end customers Identify market opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets Participate in joint visits with sales engineers to partners and end customers Pre-sales Activities: Collaborate with designers and Schneider Electric engineers to integrate specified products into technical projects Convert specifications into Schneider Electric solutions Analyse technical specifications and compile final component lists, providing effective solution tailored on each use case, focusing on customer value proposition and adapting to competition Develop technical and commercial documents for the sales force Ensure communication with
- level technical support Marketing Activities: Work on new product launches, participate in trade fairs, exhibitions and translate technical documentation Collaborate on translations of
