Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Engagement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, product management, UX design, data analysis, and a proven track record of successful digital engagement campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Manage and optimize digital communication channels, including email, social media, and messaging;
- Conduct thorough customer research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving digital engagement;
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and customer service team to ensure alignment of digital engagement efforts with overall business goals;
- Monitor and analyse customer feedback and behaviour using tools like CRM systems and digital analytics platforms and provide regular reports on performance;
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital engagement and relationship management;
- Identify and test new digital engagement channels and strategies to drive continuous improvement;
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field;
- Proven experience in digital engagement, digital marketing, or a similar role;
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools;
- Experience with digital communication platforms and tools such as CRM systems, social media management tools, and digital analytics platforms;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
