- By acting as Subject Matter Expert for the Google Marketing Platform and Google Ad Manager, being used across 100+ websites and apps.
- Assess and deploy new features across Google Marketing Platform products.
- Identify opportunities to create more value out of the technology and pilot, experiment and train the different channel owners, media specialists and analytics teams across our brands and internal teams.
- Lead Google Marketing Platform partner management activities, contract renewals and financials.
- Drive Google Marketing Platform governance and Identity & Access Management activities.
You’ll be joining our AD/01 team, reporting to the Manager Growth. You’ll work closely with the different brand teams throughout Europe. You’ll be based out of our AD/01 studio in Bucharest. By shaping, sharing, and scaling the best digital strategies, solutions, and support across all our brands, we accelerate omnichannel success for the entire organization. The small changes designed by our digital department multiply exponentially to benefit our brands' customers and our businesses.
Collaboration is key in your role, as you partner with digital channel owners, media specialists and analytics teams across our brands and internal teams. Together, you ensure that the Google Marketing Platform is being used effectively, and is creating value for our customers and our company. You will spearhead innovation and experimentation in the domain, being the linking pin between marketing and technology teams. You collaborate with Google’s account teams, brands, legal experts, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely renewal and execution of contracts. You also play a crucial role in overseeing the financial aspects of the Google Marketing Platform products, such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization, to drive efficient resource allocation and maximize return on investment.
Requirements:
We think you’ll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree, preferably in marketing or a related field.
- Have between 5 and 10 years of experience working in large corporate and global organizations, preferably within retail.
- You have a growth mindset, are constantly looking for opportunities to improve what we do and how we do it.
- Have experience in a similar role, managing the Google Marketing Platform, being responsible for the selection, deployment, updates, contracts and partner management, with
- on experience working directly with the Google Marketing Platform. - Preferably have additional experience working as a digital analyst or digital marketer.
- Are Google Analytics and/or Google Marketing Platform certified or willing to obtain certification.
- Have a good understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem.
- Have extensive experience in stakeholder management, including managing both vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Are able to work
- functionally and internationally. - Have motivation to share expertise and thrive to be a subject matter expert.
- Have project management skills and a structured approach to handling challenges.
Languages:
- Good level of English required with great presentation and communication skills.
