Your Responsibilities:

• Content & Ad Moderation: Review
  - generated content and advertisements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Some content may include sensitive topics such as violence.
• Risk Identification & Escalation: Proactively detect potential risks in digital content and escalate issues as necessary.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a safe and seamless user experience.
• Accurate Reporting: Maintain detailed records of moderation activities to track trends and compliance levels.

What Were Looking For:

• Language Skills: Fluent German (C1) and English (written and spoken).
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Compliance & Risk Awareness: Understanding of compliance principles and risk management best practices.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and relevant software tools.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Contract & Working Conditions:

• Contract Type: To be discussed during the hiring process.
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week.
  • Flexible schedule available exact hours will be determined upon contract finalization.
• Work Mode: Onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Relocation package:

• 300 BGN rental allowance for the duration of the contract ( rent in Bulgaria can run anywhere from 250 to 400 euros depending on location)
• 150 BGN flight reimbursement (depends but can be done immediately on arrival or 1st salary)
• Real estate admin assistance.
