Job Description

• Oversee the management and optimization of all Iaa
  S, Paa
  S, and Saa
  S infrastructure to ensure it meets the needs of the business.
• Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure high performance and availability of Iaa
  S, Paa
  S, and Saa
  S products.
• Develop and implement the global IT Infrastructure strategy to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business goals.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft licenses to ensure
  - effectiveness and compliance.
• Oversee both
  - premises and cloud infrastructure in a hybrid environment, with a focus on transitioning to a
  - only strategy.
• Direct and improve incident management processes to rapidly resolve operational issues and restore services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and data protection regulations.
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure that changes are deployed into Production with precision and quality.
• Develop and control the budget for Cloud Infrastructure ensuring
  - effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Ensure Cloud infrastructure complies with relevant security standards and data protection regulations.
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure that changes are deployed into Production with precision and quality.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure favorable terms and
  - quality services.
• Oversee IT Infrastructure budgetd, resource allocation, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL and GAMP standards.
• Lead IT transformation projects, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with the CISO to ensure infrastructure security aligns with security standards.
• Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning
• Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and
  - efficient cloud infrastructure on platforms like Azure , AWS or GCP
• Support business units to meet all business needs
• Automate cloud resource provisioning, configuration management, and deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud
  Formation
• Implement security best practices for cloud and infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with
  - functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to ensure infrastructure aligns with business requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive IT Infrastructure and Operations Experience: At least 10 years in IT Infrastructure/Operations with a strong focus on software as a service (Saa
  S) environment.
• At least 5 years in IT in Pharma or Healthcare  industry
• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing IT or Cloud
  Ops teams, with a proven track record in successfully scaling operations.
• Azure Cloud Experience: 5+ years of experience in designing, supporting, and optimizing Azure cloud environments
• Vendor Management Skills: Skills in managing relationships with software vendors, cloud service providers, and other technology partners.
