
Documentation Assistant
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Help keep things running smoothly by managing and organizing weekly action plan documents for the Marketing team.
- Draft and develop internal documents that support our daily operations.
- Be the go-to person for general admin support within the Marketing department.
- Keep our internal database up to date and well-organized.
- Send out documents via mail or email as needed.
- Write up correspondence to help support the team’s daily activities.
- Take notes and prepare meeting minutes for internal and external meetings.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with participants to keep everyone aligned.
- Maintain and track advertising contracts and related documents.
- Check supplier invoices and make sure all necessary documents are in order.
- Scan and archive important financial and accounting paperwork.
- Accounting entries for expense documents.
- Put together reports specific to Marketing projects and activities.
- Pitch in with other finance and accounting tasks when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- A university diploma.
- Comfortable using English at an intermediate level.
- Good understanding of finance, accounting, and legal field – important skills;
- A sharp eye for detail, organized, analytical, and driven by results.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
