- paced environment. As a drilling engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing drilling programs, optimizing drilling operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will also collaborate with
- functional teams to improve drilling performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement drilling programs and procedures.
- Optimize drilling processes to improve performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with geologists, geoscientists, and reservoir engineers to develop well plans and drilling strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Analyze drilling data and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
- Monitor drilling costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Supervise drilling operations and provide technical support to drilling crews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a drilling engineer in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of drilling equipment, systems, and technologies.
- Familiarity with drilling software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to work in Saudi Arabia and travel to project sites as required.
