Your Role:
As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our Dutch-speaking customers receive the support and solutions they need. Your communication skills, patience, and expertise will make a direct impact on customer satisfaction. Whether through phone, email, or live chat, your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service, building
- lasting relationships with our clients and helping them navigate any challenges they face.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolving customer inquiries, technical issues, and
- related concerns with efficiency and professionalism. - Providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
- Managing customer interactions with empathy, clarity, and a focus on finding the best solutions.
- Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), including response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer feedback and complaints with a calm,
- oriented approach. - Collaborating with your team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Offering suggestions for process improvements and helping enhance the overall service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch (native or
- native) and English (written and spoken). - Prior experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Strong
- solving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure. - A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bucharest, Romania.
