We are seeking a talented and experienced E-commerce PM (CRO) to oversee
- commerce projects with a focus on performance, strategy, and customer relationship management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and implement strategic improvements on their websites. Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy & Roadmap:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and craft strategic roadmaps aimed at conversion and performance optimization.
Performance-Driven Project Management:
- Manage CRO initiatives, translating client needs into actionable projects for the development team.
- Analyze website data (user sessions, heatmaps, KPIs) to identify optimization opportunities and develop actionable plans for improvement.
Client Relationship & Communication:
- Engage with clients regularly (bi-weekly calls) to update, review, and refine project performance.
- Onboard new clients, gather comprehensive details about their products, target audience, and goals.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients via Slack and handle their inquiries and feedback efficiently.
Project Management & Execution:
- Draft clear, detailed technical tasks using Click

Commerce projects on platforms like Shopify, overseeing the execution and ensuring alignment with client goals. - Measure, report, and present results to clients in an impactful way, demonstrating the success and impact of CRO initiatives.
Upselling & Growth:
- Lead customer onboarding and identify opportunities to upsell additional services. Successful upsells are rewarded with quarterly bonuses.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 3+ years in digital project management, preferably within an agency environment with
- commerce clients (Shopify experience required). - Performance & Marketing Insight: Strong knowledge of CRO, SEO, digital marketing, and platforms like Meta, Google, and Klaviyo.
- Customer-Centric: Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in managing client relationships and providing strategic recommendations.
- Strategic & Analytical: Solid understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and the ability to identify and implement site improvements.
- Language Skills: Fluent English (French is a plus).
- Leadership: Confident in challenging the status quo, defending ideas, and driving innovation.
- Creative Thinking: Innovative, with fresh ideas to improve company processes and drive success.
