The new role - challenging and
- oriented

Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with National Regulations & Company Polices & Periodically inspecting, auditing, and reviewing safe work practices.

Coordination of activities in the field of OSH, SU, and environmental protection in accordance with the legislation in force.

Coordination of the training process of employees in the field of OSH, SU, and environmental protection:

Thematic elaboration, establishing the periodicity of
- testing, carrying out, following up and recording the training.

Permanent updating of documentation in the field of OSH, SU, and environmental protection.

Development and updating of prevention and protection plans.

Maintaining records of individual protective equipment and work equipment.

Qualifications – solid and relevant

Experience in Health & Safety and Occupational Health related to railway/construction/petrochemical industry – min. 3 years ( Certification in EHS is required )

Ability to conduct audits and inspections on site acc. to ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Intermediate in English language (fluent in English would be appreciated);

Committed to delivering value and introducing new initiatives to enhance safety performance.
