EMEA SaaS Service Renewal Representative
What you will do
The Renewals Service Representative supports sales teams in Oracle’s EMEA Applications business by assisting our Applications Sales organisation with Saa
S renewals administrative & operational activities/ leading the customer interaction in the renewal process. You will effectively manage all customer renewal related activities throughout the renewal lifecycle, leverage supporting systems and teams to identify and mitigate retention risk,
- end customer conversations regarding renewal timeline, usage or policy explanations and develop renewal proposals that align with mutual commercial outcomes for Oracle and our Customers. You will also:
- sized customers in assigned territory
- back, cancellation/downsell avoidance and KPI management
S to each customer to protect and grow revenue streams
Career Level - IC2
Job Requirements
S Applications or IT related industry (though not essential).
