In order to support the Material Controlling department in Timisoara, we are looking for an Employee Material Controlling who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:
- Conduct monthly standard reporting processes and management analyses (e. g.plan/actual comparisons, forecasts & projections, KPI & performance analyses) in the respective area of responsibility and implementation of standard analyses and
- hoc analyses; - Creation of budgets, forecasts, economic efficiency calculations etc. in the respective area of responsibility;
- Interpretation of analyzed data and formulation of recommendations for action;
- Coordinating and leading performance review meetings (e. g. saving plan review, forecast review meetings with various buyer and management levels);
- Creation of parameters including commenting in the area of responsibility and definition of financial
- and midterm targets for related business objects (e. g. price savings on segment / procurement house / commodity etc. ); - Further development of reporting content on own initiative corresponding to the requirements of steering the assigned controlling objects and support with digitalization efforts;
- Ensuring the adherence of
- limits and deadlines in reporting and planning processes (e. g. monthly management report, quarterly forecast etc. ); - Conduct commercial processes such as product cost calculation and other transactions in ERP systems.
Profile:
- Bachelor Degree in a related field;
- Between 2 to 3 years experience in Controlling or similar function / position;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power Platform is an advantage (Power
Query, Power
BI, etc. ); - Advanced knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage;
- Communication, work in cross functional teams skills, process oriented thinking and very good analytical and proactivity skills.
