Engagement Data Analyst Manager
What this position is about – purpose:
T The position holder manages and models the consumer database, analyzing consumer actions across all communication channels for all JTI products. Close collaboration with brand, Digital, 121, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring the evaluation of consumer programs effectiveness. Ensures GDPR compliance for consumer data and manages the Direct To Consumer budget.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
Coordinates discussions between DTC, Marketing, and partner agencies for monitoring JTI campaigns;
Proposes KPIs and types of analyses needed for optimal implementation of marketing activities;
Manages the consumer database and ensures its validity in collaboration with IT and partner agencies;
Builds reports and analyses to identify trends and maintains the consumer database management strategy;
Ensures compliance of the consumer database with regulations and provides reports to authorities if necessary;
Manages the DTC budget and verifies documents issued by partners for compliance with company policies;
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
Higher education degree;
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis;
Advanced knowledge of English;
Proficiency in Power
Point, Excel, Word, Power BI, and data modeling applications/systems;
Strategic thinking;
Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management);
Expertise in databases, modeling, BI (Business Intelligence), and digital;
Marketing knowledge;
Understanding of RTC (Route To Consumer).
