Mission

As an Engagement Director:

• You own the success of the overall engagement with the client.  This means understanding the clients’ priorities, and helping them reach their goals using our technology.
• You own the relationship with the clients in your portfolio. Primarily, that means owning the relationships with clients’ business executives, project managers, product owners.
• You act as a consultant for our clients and help them leverage the Flow
  X. AI technology to build modern digital platforms, solve business problems, and accelerate modernization of their capabilities, systems, and infrastructure.
• You act as a translation layer to client business stakeholders (business requirements / business priorities / business target metrics).
• You help our cur clients identify new opportunities to leverage the technology.

Experience & skill set you need to succeed:

• Minimum 10 years of work experience, ideally in roles bridging business and technology within the banking industry.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape in banking, including systems, processes, and strategic frameworks.
• Used to regular interaction with C-level executives and recurrent exposure to
  - level stakeholders.
• Ideally prior experience include CIO, CTO, Head of Digital, or Enterprise Architect in banking, or any positions with a focus on connecting top business stakeholders with technology solutions, such as significant consulting experience in the financial services sector.
