About the team
High Performance Operations is a newly formed Infrastructure team whose mission is to provide technology solutions to the many operations workflows within the organization. From risk management, to legal compliance and translation/localization efforts, there is a great deal of work that needs to get done in order to ensure Stripe can operate and serve our customers in an effective and efficient manner. - end solutions, develop them in response to internal stakeholder needs, and be key partners in the workings of the groups they serve. To further the team’s mission, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to work with Stripe.

In-office expectations
Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80%- office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengalaru, India work 100% from the office.
