We have an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist to join our team at n
Vent Management Company. As an Engineering role with a focus on safety, this position offers a unique chance to make a real impact and contribute to a more secure world.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and initiatives
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to identify and address potential safety hazards
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures
• Investigate and report on incidents and accidents, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in environmental health and safety management
• Extensive understanding of safety regulations and effective approaches
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
• 3+ years of experience in the field.
