As part of our EOC team you will be responsible of monitoring, diagnosing and identifying hardware and software errors reported by customers and / or sales of the division responsible and propose solutions to address them based on internal procedures.

Working Program:

• 3 working shifts (including working on weekends and legal holidays).

Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting Vertiv product hardware and software incidents reported by Customers and/or field personnel;
• The candidate should have strong knowledge in troubleshooting, Networking, Monitoring, Operating systems and database diagnosis and repair;
• The employee will need the ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply this knowledge to products and Customer environments;
• Providing accuracy in Case Management to meet the agreed SLA’s and score minimum 85% of the agreed SLA’s;
• Providing excellent customer service by achieving minimum 85% on internal/external customer incident submissions
• Provide assistance to Sales/Field Agents on technical issues relating to Software products solution within Vertiv portofolio;
• Alarms handling & field force management;
• Configuration of DC systems, Thermal equipment, UPS’s, modems & routers, PDU’s;
• Customer Engineering: UPS, Thermal Systems and DC Systems - commissioning, maintenance work and emergency call out; with the assistance of an EOC III or EOC IV engineer;
• Integration and supervising of energy and thermal systems in advanced monitoring platforms;
• Intermediate between end customer, channel, distributors and internal departments to ensure the high service level promised;
• Perform remote battery test and battery status reports;
• Performs tests in EOC Lab with the assistance of a EOC II or EOC III engineer based on different scenarios to resolve customer incidents and prepare the related documentation;
• Prepare periodically reports for customers (Network audits);
• Provide remote software support for monitoring platforms;
• Provide remote technical support for customers or subcontractors to resolve incidents;
• Register, monitor and documents all solving process of a request, including all decisions until the final solution;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications.
• Language skills: advanced level of English.
• Knowledge of networking and BMS communication protocols.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of UPS, DC Systems, Cooling Systems is an advantage.
• General knowledge of telecom fundamentals (devices, services & products, network protocol) is an advantage.
