Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Event Manager to lead our field event strategy, oversee our participation in trade shows, and coordinate partner events. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing events that build brand awareness, generate leads, and foster partnerships. You will be responsible for ensuring that Integrail’s presence at both virtual and
- person events is impactful and aligned with our overall marketing and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Execution: Manage

- end event logistics, from trade show participation to partner and field events, ensuring a seamless and professional execution of all details.
- Lead Generation: Develop event strategies that focus on driving lead generation, building relationships, and increasing visibility of Integrail’s AI Studio platform.
- Brand Representation: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that all events effectively communicate Integrail’s value proposition and brand messaging.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and key partners to ensure smooth collaboration and event success.
- Event Budgeting: Oversee event budgets, ensuring all activities are
- effective and deliver measurable ROI.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role within the tech or AI industry, with a strong portfolio of successful event execution.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Experience in lead generation strategies, field marketing, and trade show management.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work
- functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners.
- Understanding of AI technologies and business automation is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Saa
S or enterprise technology companies.
- Demonstrated success in managing
- scale events and trade shows.
- Strong network of vendor and venue partners in the technology or AI sectors.
