A Taste of What You’ll be Doing
- Ensure Accurate Export Documentation: Guarantee that all export shipments are accompanied by the correct and fully legalized shipping and delivery paperwork to prevent any delays in shipping execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination: Engage effectively with key stakeholders, including external customers and internal teams, and liaise with government agencies, embassies, and chambers of commerce for document legalization.
- Export Process Management: Act as a key point of contact for export issues, generate necessary documentation, track shipments with forwarding companies and customs brokers, and implement corrective action plans to meet regulatory changes.
- Regulatory Compliance and Record Maintenance: Ensure all processes comply with internal and external audit requirements, maintaining records and documentation necessary for export from the EU to all countries.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve current processes and enhance efficiency.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of a Global Trade Management System.
- Understanding of export rules and regulations, Incoterms, export documentation requirements, standard processes, and business policies.
- The ability to resolve complex issues and
