About the role: We are looking for a Facility Coordinator to organize and coordinate office operations and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety The Quest:

Perform facility activities including coordination of general maintenance, repairs and housekeeping

Act as primary liaison for building maintenance issues

Coordinates supply needs for all employees

Oversees new hire process is followed and new hires have the appropriate equipment, furniture, and supplies on their first day of work

Coordinates office and workstation moves and adjustments with IT, department manager and employee

Managing building maintenance daily operation

Cost control, resource management and planning for building management related issues

Vendor management

Assist in procurement of spares, consumables and building management related services

Managing projects concerning rearrangements of office space in accordance with business need

Booking transport and accommodation

Managing office budgets

Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date

Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands

Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary

Organize office operations and procedures

Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord

Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease

Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting

The Skills:

Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent time management skills and ability to
- task and prioritise work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills

Proficiency in MS Office
