The Finance Business Partner supports Group Functions with financial forecasting, planning, and performance analysis. The role aims to improve financial reporting and business support by enhancing data quality and analytics. It provides relevant financial analyses and reporting to senior stakeholders, supports performance management, and drives the development of tools for data management and reporting. Additionally, the role involves handling
- hoc projects and tasks.
Your responsibilities
Support the Group Functions with financial forecasting, planning and performance analysis
Be a
- adding business partner for the Group Digital and Operations Office
Improve the financial reporting and business support through strengthening of data quality and data analytics
Design and manage financial performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools that provide
- time visibility into the financial impact of IT and digital initiatives
Support in driving the performance management agenda and provide relevant financial analyses and reporting to senior stakeholders
Identify opportunities to optimize IT spending and reduce costs without compromising on innovation or service quality
Help ensure that the IT/Digital investments are aligned with the organisation’s financial objectives
Together with the rest of the team, be a key driver in the development of tools for data management, analysis, and reporting
Drive

What you bring
Deep understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management and financial analysis
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate financial matters to
- finance colleagues
Ability to leverage data analytics to extract financial insights, predict trends, and identify opportunities for cost savings, process automation, and improved financial
- making
Strong
- building skills to collaborate effectively with finance teams, Digital, and senior leadership, acting as a trusted advisor
Experience working with ERP systems and preferably some knowledge of One
Stream
Relevant university degree within economics, finance or similar, and 5+ years of relevant experience preferably from a multinational corporate or audit/consultancy company
Excellent MS Excel and Power
Point skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Availability to travel
