Start your day with a team meeting to discuss digitalization topics, share insights, and address challenges. Afterwards,
- up on developing and handling digitalization use cases by applying automation tools like Alteryx, Jedox, and Power BI.

In the afternoon, dedicate your time to brainstorm innovative ideas to upskill the finance community by introducing new technologies such as Gen
AI and Copilot.

Interact with various partners to make sure the digital strategy is aligned within FIN GT GS. Your contributions will drive efficiency and technological advancement. Join us in shaping the future of finance through digital innovation and continuous learning!

How you will make an impact:

Actively drive our digitalization journey!

You are responsible for automating processes across all functions and regions within the execution unit, ensuring greater efficiency and effectiveness in finance operations.

As the Project Lead for automating and digitalizing workflows and processes across the finance organization, you will be responsible for managing digital finance projects from start to finish. Coordinating timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring project objectives are met.

Create customized BI (Business Intelligence) solutions that meet the unique data, planning and analytical needs of the business. This includes designing and implementing data models, creating end user planning masks and reports.

Train employees on the use of developed BI solutions to enable them to leverage data insights.

As an interface between commercial functions within the execution unit, your role involves collaborating with various functions across all regions to
- develop use cases. This includes working closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful execution of commercial strategies.

You are facilitating alignment and exchange between different business organizations. This includes fostering collaboration and communication among finance community and various digitalization teams to ensure the successful sharing of knowledge, experiences, and standard processes across the organization.

Play a pivotal role in inspiring and guiding others towards successful digital transformation in their own areas of responsibility.

By continuously learning the newest technologies and tools, you will set an example of digital excellence and you will facilitate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

What you bring:

Equivalent professional working experience of 1-3 years in a related field

Good knowledge in data processing tools ( Alteryx, Knime, R), data visualization tools ( Tableau, Qlik, Power BI) and robotic process automation ( Ui
Path)

Experience in Business Intelligence tools ( SAP Analytics Cloud or Jedox) and building data models would be beneficial, a strong willingness to learn and expand these skills is a crucial requirement for the role.

Comprehensive understanding of commercial data flows and processes

SQL knowledge is a plus

SAP experience is desirable

You are result oriented, empathic, respectful &
- minded and you have the ability to work in interdisciplinary team

Business fluency in English

Project Management skills are completing your tool kit.
