We seek an expert in the finance field who will take on the role of Finance Manager for our client, a company located in Cluj-Napoca.

Job Description:

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company.

Your responsibilities include:

Manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring everything aligns with our financial goals.

You'll dive into financial analysis and reporting, providing insights that help guide senior management's decisions.

You’ll also prepare financial statements and reports that give a clear picture of our financial health.

Overseeing accounts payable and receivable is key—keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring timely payments.

Compliance is part of the role, so you’ll make sure we’re adhering to all financial regulations and standards, and handle audits when necessary.

On top of that, you’ll develop strategies to optimize financial performance and drive growth.

Collaboration is crucial, so you’ll work closely with other departments and maintain strong ties with the accounting team.

You'll also handle the financial review of contracts and commitments, ensuring everything is in order and aligned with our objectives.

You'll be responsible for comprehensive financial management and administration across the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e. g. , CPA, CFA) is a plus.

Proven relevant experience as a Finance Manager.

Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulations.

Excellent analytical and
- solving skills.

Proficiency in financial software and very good knowledge of MS Office and other relevant systems.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
