Financial Planning Analyst Cluj-Napoca

Supporting the FP&A team on monthly reporting and analysis of key metrics, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all deliverables such as revenue analysis, inventory calculation, renewal/retention, cashflow

Assisting with the continuous refinement of annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes.

Assisting with the continuous development of the FP&A function including review of systems, tools, controls, and processes to ensure the most appropriate and accurate insights can be generated

Designing, implementing, and maintaining simulation and modelling systems for budgeting and forecasting

Analysis and modelling of scenarios using excel

Providing ad hoc analysis and project support as required supporting the broader finance transformation.

Managing the accuracy and completeness of any Finance work

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software, strong MIS skills;

SAP FI module experience;

Fluency in English;

Technical and financial accounting skills with a good knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP is an advantage.

Financial Modelling experience: building and creating various financial models.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
