Gather Data: Collect data from various sources, including data bases, spreadsheets, and other internal systems o
Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of collected data o
Data Storage: Organize and store data efficiently for easy retrieval and analysis -Data Analysis o
Analyze Data : Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights o
Statistical Techniques: Use statistical methods to interpret data and validate findings -Report Creation o
Design Reports: Design and create standard and custom reports based on organizational needs o

Ensure Compliance: Adhere to data governance and compliance standards, ensuring all reports meet regulatory requirements o
Maintain Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive information and ensure data privacy -Continuous Improvement: o
Optimize FP&A Processes: Map and analyze current financial planning and analysis processes, implement lean techniques to eliminate inefficiencies, and lead 6 Sigma projects to improve data accuracy and reduce financial forecasting errors. o
Track FP&A Performance: Develop and maintain performance metrics for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and benchmark against industry standards. o
Manage FP&A Projects and Risks: Plan and execute FP&A improvement projects, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely and successful outcomes. o
Foster a CI Culture within FP&A: Deliver CI training tailored for the FP&A team, support change management efforts to adapt to new financial systems and processes, and promote a continuous improvement mindset. o
Collaborate and Communicate in FP&A: Engage with stakeholders from finance and other departments, facilitate the sharing of best practices, and leverage technology like automation and data analytics to enhance financial planning and analysis. -Support Decision Making o
Provide Insights: Offer actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic
