Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist
We are a recruiting agency looking for a candidate to join our client’s team at a
- known bank as a Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist.
• Location: Bucharest
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Tasks- Prepare monthly regulatory and business reports/presentations and effectively communicate with the key beneficiaries;
- Provide support to the Bank’s Management in the
- making process by developing and preparing
- hoc reports and presentations; - Analyze and reconcile data from various sources and systems, and propose solutions for enhancing data quality and data management; Actively participate, as owner or contributor, in the Bank’s projects concerning reporting and financial data
Requirements- 2 years of of financial reporting/analysis experience preferably in Banking;
- Bachelor’s degree in economics/accounting/business administration;
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Power
Point; - Strong analytical and numerical skills, logical thinking and attention to details;
- Able to work in a team and proactively take initiative when needed;
- Easily adaptable and able to cope with challenges;
- Very good teamplayer but also able to work alone and to prioritize her/his tasks
- Good level of English knowledge
- Willingness and ability to communicate with colleagues from other countries and senior management of the Bank on a level playing field;
