Qualifications

Your profile:

• Advanced German skills, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
• Previous experience with SAP (nice to have);
• Nice to have at least 1 year experience in the logistics or purchasing fields (preferably in the automotive industry);
• Attention to details, accuracy;
• Strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

Position objectives:

Ensuring and managing the logistics of prototype parts ordering. Managing the relation with client´s designated suppliers at global level and with the client´s representatives from Germany.

Main responsibilities:

• Takeover the order request, validate price, supplier, necessary quantity, delivery deadlines, project details, cost center;
• Launch and track the prototype parts ordering in SAP;
• Make the necessary changes related to price, supplier, part´s codes, delivery deadlines, quantities etc. , during the order tracking process;
• Solve the potential delivery problems which in collaboration with the suppliers and the client´s representatives from Germany;
• Settle disbursements claims: check if any discrepancies between specifications versus billing details;
• Update the supplier’s database on a regular basis and ensure the data compliancy;
• Take part in meetings and discussions as per the team´s, hierarchical superior´s or client´s request;
• Provide necessary support to other collaborators
  - charge with the ordering
  - process, in order to solve specific problems related to the assigned area of responsibilities;
