FP&A Manager

We are looking for our future FP&A Manager to join our FP&A team in Amsterdam, Bucarest or Warsaw. to join our FP&A team in Bucarest (Romania).
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting and analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability in EEMEA region.
What you will do :
Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and
- range financial planning processes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support
- making across the organization.
Collaborate with
- functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.
Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Mentor and develop FP&A team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
What you need ?
Bachelor’s degree in finance
Minimum 5 years working experience with people management in FP&A, Accounting, Reporting, Financial controlling, Financial analysis
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting
Strong skills in MS Office suite of products
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical capabilities
Strong attention to detail,
- solving abilities, and a
- driven mindset
Fully embraces working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to interact, influence and partner with leaders across functions and countries
Ability to lead and develop
