Freelance Online Recruiter - Work Remote
The House of Mercier is looking for a talented Freelance Online Recruiter to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will use your recruitment expertise to connect passionate candidates with rewarding job opportunities. As a Freelance Online Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding them through the hiring process. Your ability to use various online platforms to attract diverse talent will be crucial in fulfilling our clients' staffing needs. Responsibilities
- Source candidates using a variety of online channels including job boards and social media.
- Create engaging job postings that resonate with prospective candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess applicant qualifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and company culture.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and ensure successful placements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance role.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with online recruiting tools and platforms.
- Proficient in English (C1/C2 level).
