Position: Freelance Tech Recruiter
Location: EMEA
Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice
Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates (no base salary!)
Please note you need to be available immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source, attract, and engage top tech talent for various technical roles
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through diverse sourcing channels
- Work directly with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to drive successful recruitment placements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates on recruitment activities
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers like a pro as and when needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity
- Deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and market trends
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e. g. , Linked
In, Git
Hub) - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri GMT in line with UK office
- Important you have your own access to Linked
In (Minimum) Sales Navigator and have circa 10, 000 connections - Great time management, responsiveness and organizational abilities.
