We are a global company seeking enthusiastic French-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. This is a
- time on-site position, and we are looking for candidates who are either already located in Bucharest or are willing to relocate.
Position: French Customer Support Service Advisor
Location: Bucharest, Romania (On-site)
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service-related information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and
- up communications.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in French (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong
- solving abilities and a
- oriented approach. - Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be located in Bucharest or willing to relocate to Bucharest (this is not a remote position).
