What you will enjoy doing - Your main responsibility will be to provide product and service information to customers in order to insure timely delivery and excellent customer ex
- On a daily basis you will receive, verify, and process monthly, all the invoices and annexes, according to procedures and contracts concluded with the customers and/or collaborators.
- Responsibilities include input data and information into the system regarding invoices and responses from customers, and process changes or corrections when requested.
- Analyse complaints and requests from customers and propose solutions; Request approvals, when necessary, for implement corrections and changes; Communicate solutions and feedback to the customer.
- Supporting with administrative issues (e. g. , services such as cylinder management, web store, credit note procedures, visitpreparation), collaboration, support, and management of the field sales forceregarding the implementation of sales and marketing targets (e. g. , pricingpolicy, contribution margin, collection management, payment target).
- Part of your role will also be to intake orders for cylinders/other containers, process them in a
- oriented and efficient manner or forward them tospecialist departments and bring about a solution for questions of thecustomer.
What makes you great - You have great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Mandatory advanced level of German language (B2-C) and medium level of English language
- Further, good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power
Point) is required in this role - Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferential)
- You have customer support / customer service experience
- Detailed oriented and
- solving skills - You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation
