Script, HTML5, CSS3;being a slick user of Less/Sass, Twitter Bootstrap, Adobe Photoshop;git knowledge;proving a good understanding of SEO / SEM best practices;code quality means something to you;proven track record of successful projects;pragmatism and problem solving skills;digging open communication;feeling comfortable with owning complex systems;team oriented attitude;good English speaking & writing skills;willingness and ability to learn constantly and independently.
Having experience with one or more of these is a plus (we like you even better!), but not a
