The Mission

To become a mature service provider as PSS and with that be able to support volume growth (country onboarding) a number of Assisted Channel Business services need to be provided.

2. 2 billion transactions (SEPA, Instant Payments, international payments, direct debits, are processed per year using our central PSS platforms. Assisted Channels Business Services closes the gaps between the STP (straight through processing) way of working within these platforms and the operational requirement from our customers.
