Job Description

• Lead and coordinate testing activities within the BSS (Business Support Systems) domain.
  
  
• Develop comprehensive Test Strategies and Test Plans tailored to specific project requirements.
  
  
• Compile detailed reports and graphs on the status of testing, to be shared with both business and IT stakeholders.
  
  
• Present test results and findings to business stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
  
  
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure testing requirements are understood and met.
  
  
• Utilize automation tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  
  
• Conduct and manage test exit meetings, ensuring all issues are resolved and providing clear documentation.
  
  

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a testing or quality assurance role, with at least 3-5 years in the BSS domain.
  
  
• Proven expertise in developing and executing test strategies and test plans for complex systems.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of various testing methodologies, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
  
  
• Experience with testing tools such as Jira and X-Ray.
  
  
• Ability to analyze and interpret test results, providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
  
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present technical information to

• Experience in managing and leading testing efforts in an Agile or Scrum environment.
