Key Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in analyzing deployment architectures, troubleshooting, and debugging issues in Oracle Fusion Applications developed using the ADF framework.

- Have a technical degree. , BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry with a GPA.

- Strong proficiency in identifying functionality and usability bugs within applications code written in SQL, PL/SQL, J2EE applications, and Oracle RDBMS Database.

- Functional understanding of Oracle Finance ERP applications or similar financial industry applications.

- Knowledge of problem categories, including performance, application integrations, SOAP and REST implementation, and network layers.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

Supporting Skills:

 In addition to the preferred qualifications, the following skills will be advantageous:

- Hands-on experience with any of the following Oracle products: Oracle Web
Logic, Oracle SOA Suite, Enterprise Scheduler Service, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle UCM, Oracle (Hyperion) Essbase, or Financial Reporting, Oracle VBCS.

- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations certification or similar certifications are desired.

- Resolving complex technical problems with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring efficient issue diagnosis and problem resolution for Oracle customers.

- Serving as an effective communicator and negotiator in problem resolution and management.

- Collaborating with teams to enhance automation and the knowledge base for application services.

- Demonstrating the ability to collaborate and work effectively with diverse and globally distributed teams spanning multiple time zones.

- Cultivating a strong desire to learn and staying updated on Oracle Fusion Applications, web technologies, and industry trends.
