The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
• Performing
  - based work as assigned.
• Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Escalating customer feedback as required.

The Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
• You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
• You can work with minimal supervision and
  - task effectively.
• You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You have working knowledge of casino, gaming, presenter and shuffler
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
