We are hiring a skilled GBS Procurement P2R Expert to refine and streamline our Purchase to Requisition (P2R) processes within a global framework. As the expert in this domain, you’ll drive efficiency, digitalization, and compliance across P2R processes. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys collaborating across departments, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering optimized solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  Own the P2R process, recommending best practices and technologies for optimal performance.

  Establish a strong network to support the P2R community and ensure best practice sharing.

  Conduct and lead brainstorming sessions to identify improvements in harmonization and digitalization.

  Oversee compliance and support audits by ensuring all P2R activities align with internal and external regulations.

  Define metrics and track performance indicators to enhance continuous process improvement.

What You’ll Need:

• - level="1">

  Minimum 3 years of experience in P2R or procurement within a GBS setting.

• - level="1">

  Advanced knowledge of P2R systems (experience with SAP, Ariba is a plus) and MS Office.

  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences.

  Strong analytical abilities, enthusiasm for process optimization, and a collaborative approach to change management.
