Located in Campulung (Romania), Nutripack Campulung, an industrial site of 98 employees offers food manufacturers,
- use, recyclable and compostable food packaging.

Responsibilities :

Under the supervision of the country manager and in direct connection with the financial group team, you reinforce the existing accounting team composed of one general accountant and his assistant. As a member of the accounting team, you are dealing internally with all departments (sales, logistics, supply chain…) and externally with banks and auditors.

You are responsible for:

General accounting and cash

• Working with the Country Manager in order to make sure the processes in place ensure the accuracy and the reliability of the financial statements;
• Analysis of the bookkeeping and ensure the accuracy of the financial statements and monthly reporting;
• Put in place and ensure the application of the internal controls;
• Stock entries under the supervision of the group business controller with the support of the logistic manager;
• Working with the logistic manager in the stock controls and stock valuation
• The accounting of month and year end postings in relation with the cut off;
• The preparation of the monthly group reporting and intercompany position control;
• The preparation of the year end closing and related financial statements;
• The bank reconciliation;
• The follow up of cash and treasury planification;
• Main contact together with group finance for local auditors, providing them with the required documentation;
• Main contact together with group treasurer for local banks

Payables

• The bookkeeping of all suppliers invoices;
• The issuance on time of all payments to suppliers, Nutripack Campulung collaborators and any other organisations towards which Nutripack Campulung has liabilities;
• The control, booking and payment of employees’ personal expenses, ensuring the requested expenses are in line with the group policies.

Receivables

• The bookkeeping of all customers invoices;
• The accounting of customer payments and the follow up of cash collection with the support of the administrative officers.

HR & Tax

• The preparation of the wages and the payment of salaries;
• Social insurance and related returns;
• Preparation of VAT return;
• The preparation of the CIT return ;
• Tax returns other than VAT;
• Any contact with Tax authorities and solving any related issues;
• Tax, financial and legal regulatory monitoring to ensure the business is in line with the law and potentially anticipate any actions that need to be taken to ensure the company compliance.

Projects

• In charge of new finance projects such as implementing SAP to improve flows, structure and make financial data more reliable.

Profile required:

You have a Finance degree completed and a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position ideally in an international context.

You developed an experience in evaluating accounting and internal control methods and financial reports

You have a "hands on" mentality with the ability to work in an international environment and communication skills with Group and locally

You are recognized by your ability to solve financial issues by making consistent recommendations based on your knowledge and experience in finance.

Because of the international context of the Group, English is mandatory and any other language with a fluent level is appreciated

Your adapting skills, your sense of analysis and synthesis are recognized. You are proactive and appreciated for your communication skills, you show anticipation on operational topics.
