• Accounting and reporting of the 6 entities - complete, timely and accurate recording of transactions and journal entries in the SAP ECC financial system.

• IFRS reporting and required internal reporting - Global financial reporting in SAP BPC, based on the Lease
Plan Accounting and Reporting Manual (ARM)

• Payment management – handling the payment processes and the bank accounts of entities (including capital contributions to and dividend payments from subsidiaries)

• Ensure the accuracy of cost allocation to departments

• Reviewing and correcting recharged costs to internal clients and costs received from these entities

• Various activities within companies - calculation and recharging of expenses, taxes, accruals or provisions

• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with company leaders and colleagues from other Lease
Plan entities.

• Preparation of
- hoc reports for the Accounting Manager and other stakeholders.

• Providing support in case of internal and external audit.

• Creating robust documentation, continuously updating it, storing and sharing it with the team and the direct manager.

• Increasing
- level performance by implementing standardization and improvement ideas.

• Management of other activities related to LPSC deliverables when required (e. g. : reporting activities, testing the functionality of new applications, process analysis requested by the direct coordinator, quality control activities)
